On-Demand Support Services are priced on a per incident or hourly basis.

We offer a complete range of IT support services for your PCs, servers and network infrastructure. That gets you guaranteed Microsoft Certified Technicians who know what they're doing and we guarantee that they're nice people to deal with!

We can fix most problems remotely, but for times when an on-site visit is needed, we're there for you. There's a minimal travel charge for on-site support, and only an hour minimum for on-site calls. Phone support is billed in 15 minute increments.CTA Support2

If you need immediate, urgent IT support, please call (678) 353-3338 and ask for Technical Support. Our regular technical support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. EST. Please note that after-hours support rates are billed at 1.5 x standard rates.

Let us know if you're a new client - after you tell us what the problem is, we'll quote you an estimate and a rate to provide the service. If the estimate meets your expectations, we'll start working on your problem in 15 minutes or less. Our technican will collect the full payment for the services s/he provides at the time of service.
